Dr. Sellers is a BOARD-CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON, certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. (This Board is recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties as the ONLY Board Certification for Plastic Surgeons). Dr. Sellers has been recognized as a leader by his peers, having been given the honor to serve as the President of the Utah State Plastic Surgery Society, the Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at LDS Hospital, and the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Lakeview Hospital in Davis County. His areas of special interest include BREAST SURGERY, using advanced techniques for breast reconstruction, less scarring and more shapely techniques for breast lifts, and taking the time to develop the most appropriate individual plan for women desiring breast enhancement; BODY SCULPTING through soft tissue manipulations, viz. liposculpting, tummy tucks, thigh and body lifts, and other procedures individually selected to meet the unique needs of each patient and FACIAL REJUVENATION through careful analysis of individual form and need. Dr. Sellers also completed additional training in Hand Surgery to be able to provide his patients with the most skilled and appropriate reconstructive surgery possible.
BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Dan Sellers is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who has been fully trained in all aspects of modern plastic and reconstructive surgery including: cosmetic surgery of the face and body, breast surgery including augmentation, lift, reduction and reconstruction. He pioneered the use of VASER Liposuction for body contouring as well as facial rejuvenation with surgical lasers. In addition, he has extensive training in all aspects of hand surgery.
Dr. Sellers received his Medical training from the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center in Portland, Oregon. After completing his residency at the same institution, he completed an additional year’s fellowship training in hand surgery at the Raymond M. Curtis Hand Center in Baltimore, Maryland. He then trained for an additional time in Aesthetic Surgery at the internationally renowned Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital in New York City.

FAMILY
Dr. Sellers and his wife Marian were high school sweethearts in Oregon. They were married in 1974. They have four children: Tammy, Holly, Scott and Steffani, as well as 11 grandchildren.
In Dr. Sellers’ spare time he enjoys working around his home, road and mountain biking, skiing, snowmobiling and spending time with his wife and family He and his wife enjoy music, and both have been members of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir since 2002.
VOLUNTEER WORK
Dr. Sellers is one of the founders of the Operation Smile Utah Chapter, and has traveled with that organization to China, India, Vietnam, Africa and the Philippines performing volunteer reconstructive surgery in 23 missions.
